Fun Bid gathers two types of information about Members:

1. Information that Members provide through membership submissions. The information in collected in these submissions is used to send Members our electronic newsletters, invite friends, and for participation in Fun Bid Auctions.

2. Information Fun Bid gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to Members needs and to help our advertisers and sponsors better understand the demographics of our audience. Under no circumstances does Fun Bid divulge any information about an individual Member to a third party.

Fun Bid Gathers Member Information For The Following Processes:

1. Emailing Members

Fun Bid keeps Members informed of Website activities including but not limited to: notification of new Auctions, progress of existing Auctions, Member Bid status, general Fun Bid newsletters. Members may remove themselves from the newsletter mailing list by sending an email to info@sdsa.com requesting removal from the newsletter. All other emails are used for the day to day running of the site.

2. "Invite Friends" Service

Our site Members can choose to electronically invite a friend to join Fun Bid by clicking "Invite Friends". The Member must provide the email address, as well as the name of the recipient. This information is used only for the promotion of MileStones P.LTD.. The information is not used for any other purpose.

3. Surveys

Fun Bid may occasionally conduct a Member to better target our content to our audience. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.


USAGE TRACKING

MileStones P.LTD. tracks Member traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual Members.
We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites Members like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual Members read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

COOKIES

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Fun Bid uses cookies to track Member traffic patterns (as described above).

USE OF INFORMATION

MileStones P.LTD. uses any information voluntarily given by our Members to enhance their experience in our network of sites, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the sites or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our Members.

As stated above, we use information that Members voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters and to enable Members to participate in the Auction process. We send out newsletters to subscribers on a regular schedule and occasionally send out special editions when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we are doing. Fun Bid never shares newsletter mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors or partners.

MileStones P.LTD. operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.

We give Members options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:
